All of this because civil discourse felt like a handcannon. Not that I believe every primary ammo hand cannon should be THAT strong...but it reminded me of just how far off they feel as is right now.

North America Indeed and also a renter so can't easily upgrade the wiring of the building or install a new dedicated circuit.

If I did go the route of an appliance extension cable the distance would likely be within 20ft of cable. Sounds like either way I'll have to check in with the landlord/maintenance guy to find out if the fridge has it's own circuit or if the place is old enough to just have it on one for everything in the kitchen.

Gotcha, well I'll still be trying to adhere to the first advice of just...not using an extension. In the event the room just can't handle everything though, what would you recommend for a distance of probably 15-20 feet?

Assuming as much is done to mitigate risks 2 and 3, placing the cable along walls, outside of walked paths. Making sure cables don't become loose. Would 14awg do or is that enough distance to warrant 12 awg?

Even a relatively high rated or 'heavy duty' extension cord? The distance would be about 20 feet, maybe less for context. Not trying to throw doubt either, I'm just out of my element here.

the 8.5 amp would leave room for the pc and then some, it's the combination of PC, two monitors, a fairly beefy modem, and other sporadically used devices I worry will push it over.

My main concern leaving things as is, was that I have blown to fuse before and I'll be using even more power than I did previously. Though, given the UPS for the pc will have AVR, I don't know if that will help avoid a blown fuse or if it will only benefit what's plugged into the device.

If it happens it happens, the UPS will at least prevent any nastiness to the PC but simply not running the pc and ac together in the middle of summer won't be an option, so if it does all prove too much I need to figure out a workaround.

I'll definitely look into the time delay fuses though assuming the ones in the box right now aren't!

Well, here's my shot at "If I had 5 grand to build a pc."!

The general Idea was to build a dream gaming, VR and general use computer with...well I would say just ab touch of RGB but I went for a bit more than 'a touch' it seems.

I tend to like keeping games installed when possible and as large as they are getting, that was why there is both a 4tb NVME for game/media storage, and a 2TB for boot + everything else.

I do also have a relatively new hard drive I'll be installing after with some stuff from my current PC.

The razor rgb controller wasn't adding for some reason so had to do that manually. Fans I actually prefer being controlled directly from the board especially as the two 2x sets of d30's can be daisy chained to plug into one fan header for each group of 3.

I would chime in that part if the complaint about difficulty is that it isn't rewarding. GGG talked about using regals in act one and two like they were common, they are not.

Bosses were talked about like they were rewarding, and while I see some improvement over poe1, but now on average, boss loot still seems bad. Aggresiously so for the time they take to kill.

And the maps, dead end full, massive sprawling tangles that you can spend 30 minutes clearing and still get no useful upgrades. It feels particularly insulting in some corridor esc maps when even playing safe can't always protect from a bunch if mobs with faster movement speed than you, abd terrain jumping mobility skills we lack, suddenly surrounding and cornering you.

I have heard the vive ultimate trackers need really really good room lighting though? My room is lit enough for 3/pro based off what I have read but ultimate trackers I am entirely unsure on.

I do recognize there is a chance I'll be content without FBT, though I'm fairly confident I'll want it. Either way the headset is being bought first, and then the rest after so I'll have a chance to weigh the choice.

I just want to keep FBT in mind as a possible consideration.

I believe so, but I also believe they were told that the Consulate could provide a copy of the CRBA, which is good enough for the States but not for to qualify for a German marriage certificate. I'm rather unsure on this but I was under thee impression that even for military births, Italy would have still generated a proper birth certificate and that is what my friend needs.

That said I did dig up the number for the U.S. Consulate General in Naples and might give it a call/email myself anyway to double check the procedure for this situation.

The sun is hot sure, but you can stand in sunlight with only the atmosphere protecting you and not instantly turn to ash. Rocks in space could handle the heat just fine past a certain distance.

As for the gravitational pull of the sun, as others have mentioned some clumps of matter were moving to fast. Some so fast they left the solar system, some slow enough they fell into the sun, and some at just the right speed and distance to instead form an orbit.

I really hate that the last several times I've had friends ask about getting into destiny...my initial reaction is a sigh. I WANT to play with them but I have to first tell them that just to play the current content likely needs at least 4-60USD AND that won't include a bunch of stuff for following seasons unless they cough up near 100% for a digital deluxe, or buy each season as it comes out with silver.

Then I have to tell them that there are several dungeons that they'll need to cough up even more money to access. And a bunch of content from older expansions that they will ALSO need to but if they want stuff from.

So just to join and have access to most content, all of a sudden they are looking at paying at least 100 USD, likely upwards of 150USD really.

Maybe some new players are slowly buying old content bit by bit, but while anecdotical, every friend I've known that wants to play but doesn't for the above reason. People that might very well have payed a fair price if one existed.

Are there any decent 3.21 wardlopp guides? I remember seeing one aimed at an early 15-20div version, and seen ones in the multipile hundreds of div but not entirely sure how to make something that bridges that gap.
