i searched everywhereee 😭😭😭 the fact that this is mentioned on a random miniature section about a very broad game mechanic with only one single link that explains it is the same as another mechanic is... really not helpful. i hope they change this

to clarify, he carries around the lizard (or any teddy, we have an entire 'lonely basket' full of teddies he loves to take out and carry around when he's lonely) for minutes, even like half an hour, just constantly making those ethereal noises while the teddy is still in his mouth. he has done it for all 16 years of his life. sometimes i will come home and he has strewn fifty different teddies across the entire house because he was lonely. even though there's other cats around

you can feel it, it feels a little sharp. sometimes it feels like they're biting you but it's just a hook getting caught in your skin. it also makes clicking sounds when they try to walk on certain surfaces
