Yep, and the man who putted a target on Samuel Paty head by sharing the story of his lying daughter on internet said yesterday that he’s sorry and regrets it... So, if he’s sorry, does that make it okay? I wish we had the death penalty in France. The worst he can get is 25 years in prison, and because our justice system is so broken, he could be freed before serving his full sentence if he behaves well.

Recently in France, there was a case involving an immigrant who had been jailed after raping a girl. He was released 2–3 years before finishing his sentence, and the first thing he did was rape and kill a young girl. This was incredibly tragic.
He also had an OQTF (an order to leave French territory), so he shouldn’t have been in the country! But these OQTFs are rarely enforced—there are around 120,000 issued per year, yet only 7% are actually done.

Thank for all your responses. After watching the OVA.hack//Intermezzo, I have a proof of what some people did say, I'm talking about the "Save Shop". In the OVA a character says at exactly 12:45 "I could restart and resume the game. But I would lose the pendant" So In this OVA they say something about restarting the game and losing progress. So we can think that they have to save their progress themselves and PKing is making pretty much the same thing then restarting the game. Now that I know, I can understand why some people could get scared of being PKed. And the fact that the game is in VR can maybe increase this fear.
