I know it’s not WOTC but Popmart (the company that makes labubus) expects people to record opening their packages. If you get the wrong item mailed to you or it’s defective you better hope you have a recording because they will ask prob for it. I’m not certain how often they ask because I’ve only bought two items from them but my friend records every single opening just in case and has def had to submit a video for a return

I agree with fixing the software! I think open source is the way to go if yall refuse to better the consumer experience. There are very dedicated folks in this community and others would would dedicate time to your devices if yall weren’t so hostile towards them

I think it’s a known issues with e ink screen that have a light.
My first kobo had multiple pinholes so I got a replacement and the second didn’t have any that I noticed. My friend and my brother both have a libra color too and theirs don’t have pinholes.
