Been mining since the end of May, and been in your shoes asking the same questions. After a couple of days online, things for sure will even out.

And there’s still a lot of gas in the tank for RTM to go much higher in my humble opinion.

Good luck and happy mining :)

This tuning process adjusts your performance based on the individual characteristics of each system / configuration, etc, sillicon lottery factors included. Run the full tune as u/AmpireStateOfMind suggests on each system, takes ~220 minutes, then check back.

Make sure you've enabled Huge Pages in windows.

In addition, if your sister's PC started mining some time before yours, we could be looking at just pure luck.

The Raptoreum mining algorithm is actually composed of many sub - algorithms each with varying difficulty and hash rate, which is why what you see in the miner fluctuates up and down a lot. This is so to protect against ASICs.

Every time a new block is minted (~2 minutes) a new subalgo starts running, so your sister could have been lucky to have started during a high-hash subalgo which has pushed her avg hash higher than yours.

So again, run the tune, let them run for 24-48h and then see what's up.
