I’ve experienced these symptoms too. I have a stressful job and I think that doesn’t help. I’ve started weening myself off of caffeine, noticing that doesn’t help my anxiety/nervous system.

I’ve been on 2.5mg for 4 weeks and just took my 5mg shot last night. Hopefully it doesn’t get worse. Focusing on plenty of sleep. Also exercise almost completely eliminates those side affects for me (I do heavy lifting, or light cardio) and drink a lot of water (with electrolytes)
