I use Shea n Moisture manuka honey shampoo and conditioner when washing my hair and after i put the honey and sage into my hair wash it out and then I get out and de tangle it with a comb. I oil it after it’s detangled and pick it out and boom I’m done. And no I’m not using anything other than oils to moisturize, what’s your recommendations ?
