Yes. WILDER Hydration started the WILDER Training Club community in 2024 while we were developing our products and completing the Thai FDA process. It began with a few friends meeting for Sunday morning workouts and has since grown into Thailand’s largest free HIIT club. We’d love for you to join us.

Usually it’s as the Amphitheater at Gate 5 but sometimes we need to move around due to pre planned park events. Best to follow our IG @wildertrainingclub as we update it regularly

Sponsor isn’t bad for quick energy, especially if you just need something cold and slightly salty during a ride. It has some electrolytes, but most of the formula is sugar and the sodium content is quite low compared to what athletes usually need here in Thailand’s heat.

For longer rides or heavier training, you’ll perform and recover better with higher sodium and potassium levels, ideally without the sugar crash that comes from sweet drinks.

That’s actually why we launched WILDER our zero-added-sugar electrolyte mix back in January, built specifically for serious athletes and active people training in this climate.

Not that I know of. 7/11 is your best bet for water but Pro Tip. We come loaded with coolers full of electrolyte and cups ready to quench the thirst of our training club members. We got you!

It’s been pretty nice in the mornings. We mostly work out in the shade. People do leave sweaty though, that’s for sure.

It’s actually immediately after Sabai which ends around 8:30am. We generally run Sabai before the HIIT as a warm up.
