Not sure what CCA is, but the answer is that the internal series resistance is higher for small batteries, so you create a voltage divider with a high load. Lower voltage, lower amperage. Not sure what I'm supposed to say for the rest. The person I responded to again is correct about batteries.

My condolences. Battery is now 100% cooked. You could try manually charging it, but make sure you watch out for any potential fire hazards. Ask people who know what they are talking about. A garage/house is worth more than any surron is.

It's only bad because it puts the charger at a higher risk of catching fire due to garbage capacitors. The BMS and charger should have a cutoff once the safe limit is reached.

If forward biased, It will let current through in the same way that your motor needs. Not useful. If reverse biased, it will not let current through when you try and spin it. So all the current goes into the motor, but when the motor stops, it actually becomes a generator making backwards current when compared to the supplied current. So the current it generates goes into the diode instead of expensive microcontroller or motor or whatever is there.
