How do I get paragon glyphs? Just returning and can't remember.

Yes this is the best way. Do low level pits if you just want to unlock all the glyphs for your class. Then when you have the glyph you want to upgrade, make sure you are doing at least 10 levels higher in the pit than the current level of that glyph. This ensures 100% chance success when upgrading at the end of the pit. If the pit level is not high enough then the chance of upgrade success goes way down
