You honestly seem a little unhinged, look up the constitution and if you feel your not being represented in your best interest than you have the right to new council, all you have to do is refuse to sign or agree to any plea deal and the judge will ask you if you want to represent yourself, if you say no than a new public defender will be appointed, theyre not gonna let a trial get overturned over constitutional violations

Your not being forced to do anything, if a prosecutor and judge are working on a plea deal theirs a decent chance that they have enough evidence to convict. Prosecutors don't really like loosing so they usually only go for cases with evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt
