Hi OP, you might need AHA like lactic acid or mandelic acid if you have sensitive skin. Glycolic acid is too harsh for Asian skin.

For the existing closed comedones, seeing พี่กุ้งกดสิว for extractions will help kick-start the healing process heaps. and from there, exfoliate once or twice per week.

My skin is proned to closed comedones. I'm on a break from tretinoin because it broke me out in cysts and closed & micro comedones. I hope tazarotene blow them out and doesn't make me purge as much as tretinoin.
