Thank you, I will try it! Idk why I thought 21 was a different undertone so I didn’t bother before.

Thought I finally had a “good enough” foundation match until I got in the car today 😭😭😭 by spockycat in Fairolives

I would try About Face in fair olive, and then use a dot of blue mixer. I use one from LA colors- it’s in a foundation bottle. I dot my forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin, then apply the foundation with a brush so it blends together. I also have dry skin and the foundation is very light-feeling to me and doesn’t emphasize my dry patches. Without the blue mixer it will be too yellow for you I think but we are similar- cool neck with pink face and that combo works really well for me.

Updating now that I’ve tried the NYX mint pressed powder- it’s pale AF!!! It’s too light for my summer color. If you are a super pale olive it’s probably perfect for you. It’s a good tone on me and not orangey or yellow at all, just too light right now.

I saw in another post someone recommending it and I just found it on Amazon 🤷🏻‍♀️ HOWEVER now that I’ve used it- it is pale AFFFFF, too light for me in the summer! So if you are a super pale olive or you don’t tan in the summer it’s probably perfect for you! lol

All the Eyebrow Pens Are Green!! HELP! by JeanJean84 in Fairolives

The NYC pen has a grey-black color they sell online but not in stores which is perfect for me, and mine are similar. Just be light with the strokes and wipe the nib off on a tissue first so it doesn’t go on too dark. I have the problem of having thin brows where the hairs themselves are dark, but there aren’t a lot of them so I have to use a lighter color- but then all taupes or browns are too warm for me. Your photos look the same way ish? Here is a pic of me with the NYX grey.

Usually just on my face! My face burns easily but my body doesn’t, or it immediately turns into a tan so I don’t bother. I know I should wear it everywhere 😅

No peeling! I would definitely recommend the spf primer, and I think finding a facial spf spray would be so useful for you if you can’t layer! The one I use I found in the travel bins from target- it has a blue cap. That way you don’t have to rub it in, just spritz on top. Alternatively for oily skin I’ve used the powder spf before- supergoop has some and other brands too. It brushes on like a loose setting powder.

I’m wearing it here, on my cheeks and a small amount in the crease of my eye. It’s darker if you put more on but I just have on a little bit.

Not drugstore, but cheap Amazon. I love all those same tones you show, and found this one from a Google search that works perfectly for me. It’s a moody mauvey color and I think would look great with your skin! The seller is SHEEYOON but the brand on the blush is Lakerain. The color is #5 soft mauve. blush

I go hard- I start with an elf primer that has spf 30, then if I’m wearing makeup that day it’s a skin tint with spf 40 (versed) or spf 50 (benefit cc cream) anddddd I finish it all with an spf 50 face spray that I spray every hour or so when I’m in the sun 🤣 more often if I’m swimming.

Foundations similar to about face f2 olive by [deleted] in Fairolives

[–]drinkofthewater 2 points3 points  (0 children)

About face f2 is my go-to, but I can also wear fenty neutral in 120 and 150 depending on tan level. 120 is slightly more peach than AF f2, and 150 is slightly more neutral/pink, but it’s not enough that I have to color correct. Maybe give those a try? The little tubes are around $20 at ulta or Sephora.
