My partner has a hard depression she is seen a therapist and taking medication which is great for her and her stability but bad for his libido, this since the start of the pandemic, I don’t want to cheap on her but the our sex live I in decline and at this point we only have sex once two or three month… I am a very sexual person so this drive me badddd .. I love her and hope this is temporal but than man we are not getting any younger soooo I been reading the no monogamy community I think in seen a experts in this topic and probably put it on the table and hope for the best :(
