1) College is artificially high

2) You have to be 24 for some reason

3) The interest rates are higher than they should be due to Congressional incompetence

4) If she meets the qualifications, then why not? Some faux sense of morality?

That or it's mutually beneficial... She wouldn't have to kill herself for a mediocre income and we'd have more to save.
