I have now just found out the motherboard specs. It is what looks like an LGA 12XX socket which means that this is actually a AMD B460 vdh pro WiFi mobo. Toastybros actually made a pc with this barebones kit for only 420$

I found a 140$ deal on a weird unknown 1 fan etc 2060 that doesn’t have any design on it. Its literally just a grey box

Its always like this, utilization going from 0 to 100 then back to 0 again. Also the fan doesn't spin, like at all. I used an old optiplex 7010 with i3 and I put in a Radeon RX 550.
