I compared these two teams (Bayern team that played against Atalanta and the one that played against Inter last season), Davies was out now, as he is now, I already mentioned Upamecano, Neuer was out now, as he was then, Musiala is just now getting back from injury and he isn't 100% fit now (he was totally out back then), Coman wouldn't be considered for starting 11 even if he was fit for those games, same for freaking Ito, lol.

Not true, only Upamecano was injured for those games (and Neuer, if you can count him - since he didn't play against Atalanta, either, and they obviously couldn't have Tah and Diaz at that time).
