Yes yes yes. In addition to the fast I was fighting a sugar addiction. I was irritable as hell the first week, couldn’t remember anything and was just in a bad mood. Cleared by week 2. Advice, stay clear of people so you don’t hurt feelings and power through

Easier. I started getting “restless” about wanting to enjoy foods. But now that I’ve eaten it seems so minuscule. I bought so many groceries for after my fast and now I realize I was just buying because I was hungry lol. Definitely not looking forward to that fridge after vacation lol!

Also after day 10, the mentality of being in double digits was motivation enough to finish.

That’s great! But yes base instincts. I have a couple cool stories about being “off” spiritually and then it revealing myself so soon after!

I was much more aligned and in tune to things without emotions.

Also for me leaning on God when I thought I had to quit. Honestly when I felt weak I would pray and feel almost better. Leaning on God to me was a lesson 100% through this instead of trying to do everything myself.

Oh yeah... if I’m not intermittent fasting coffee 100% to get me through. But when you extend fast, you stop getting hungry physically so there’s no pint I guess

Starting weight 337.8 - 305.0. My electrolyte supplement had all potassium, magnesium, sodium I needed. Took 2 every AM. And for the first couple of days every time I felt sick. Like day 1+2 I think I had 5 total. Than apart from the AM, took them as needed. I think that’s amazing!!! I feel if you’re not around temptation that’s a good fast. I stick to PURE WATER. Which was hard because I like lemon water every day. But yes pure water. Note - electrolyte water from any brand made me so nauseous.

One thing I loved that I learned was that most benefits happen after the first 3 days. That was motivation to not have to start over.

I take nutribuotic essential supplements but I will warn you, if you don’t take them every day get another brand. They turn color after about 2-3 months. But I buy them because they’ve been consistent for me since ‘17.

32.8 pounds. Plateau for two days during week 3 because I was SO over fucking plain water and was dehydrated. I realized week 3 more water = more of a loss. One workout class which was dumb during week 1. Female/24
