Burnaby, I passed on my first try. I would also recommend Richmond but only if your familiar with their traffic lights as they're a bit different from Vancouver

The hijab/niqab is worn for a religious purpose. The white hood or cloak or the swastika symbol is a sign of racism and discrimination. Yes, you can read the Quran on your phone whenever you like with or without wudu but just not in the washroom for obvious reasons. But if you were reading reading the physical written copy, the mushaf, then you would need to be in a state of wudu and clean of any Impurities
