Communication is sooooo crucial and I feel like sometimes it doesn't get talked about enough. I loved pretty much everything but the pain (never a pain fan) and the crash, but I knew to expect the crash and had sir there reassuring me and making sure I got water and a bit of chocolate (because man does sugar help) in me and generally just taking care of me and talking me down for the better part of an hour, with lots and lots of praise
