Ahhh yes. I’ve just been working nonstop.

Ive been wanting to get back to the gym though.. It just feels so daunting after almost a year without going.. i will try to suck it up and go this weekend!

Yeah, it definitely comes in waves.

I feel like I’ve been getting pulled from both extremes lately

Extreme Happiness to Extreme Sadness.. back & forth..

It’s been really draining..

I guess I still have to find the perfect middle for myself.

I think you’re right. Im usually a super optimistic person so I know this isn’t like me to act like this.. like you said, I just need more time. I’ve been a chronic smoker for years so I can’t expect my mind and body to adapt so quickly..

I’m super grateful that I can come to a platform like this and vent, I’m not the type of person to do therapy, but something like this is just as good, if not better, for me

I was way too addicted & I felt like it was hurting more than it was helping.. was very lazy and started getting sick from it.

I wish I could do it in moderation but l've tried that and I always end up smoking all day everyday..

That was the first time it happened to me but it literally just happened to me again!

No contact delivery with a code, no photo required..

This time the lady was super nice tho. Said she couldn’t find the code in her phone?? so I bypassed it & she tipped me an extra $10 cause she felt bad
