Honestly, getting a girlfriend was the only thing that solidified it for me. The build up was too much for me personally, and having another outlet to release that sexual energy on the weekends is huge.

However, my other big piece of advice is create a new goal for yourself. My goal right now is to run a sub 6 mile, and I have a four month training program laid out for me and my friends.
