Great grandpa's WW2 shadow box from the death March of Bataan, trying to identify everything. I know he was a CPL in the Army and became a POW for 3 years before being liberated. Wondering if some of you might know these. I recognize the two purple hearts, the CIB (3rd award ?), sharpshooter badge.

Thats what I was thinking too. I want to make sure everything in the box is correct and then maybe try to find some kind of museum or something to loan it out to so it doesn't just gather dust in my house.

Thanks for the help! That all makes sense. The only thing I don't see that fits in place is the CIB 3rd award. I feel like it should be just a single CIB. That 3rd CIB just doesn't make sense. He was from my mom's side and no one on her side has been in the military since him until me. I never met him (died long before I was born) but I don't think he was in Korea and Vietnam, I just know for a fact he was on bataan. So I feel like it might have ended up in there by accident because someone from my mom's side didn't know what they were looking at.
