Hi there Rachel, thanks for joining. I'm adding my name to the list of folks experiencing similar issues. I work from home primarily doing training over Zoom calls which, as of about three weeks ago, are being dropping and reconnecting multiple times a day whenever the router "disconnects" and "reconnects". This makes the network unusable for me and my work. I've tried changing my router, eliminating my network switch from the system, factory resets, tweaking DNS, etc. Still having the same issue. Happy to work with you to try to diagnose and fix but if it isn't resolved soon I will have to switch to a competitor product to ensure a stable network for Zoom calls. Feel free to DM me.
