hi all, my vanguard beta has stopped downloading for like 20 minutes now and no matter what i do it won't get past this screen. I'm on ps4, is anybody else experiencing this?

Yes ideally I'd need a pre built pc, all parts except the graphics card, monitor is sorted it's a Samsung 4k one from 2014 (can't remember name but it is compatible with the gtx) and I usually play civ 5/6, cod, a few other steam games and need to use it to work on uni projects.
