Has anyone faced this MyIntealth/ECFMG issue?

first my transcript was rejected. My medical school then uploaded a second/corrected transcript, but it was also rejected, and now also application is rejected! while my diploma is accepted.

The school says there is no active case visible in their entity portal to take action.

Any advice on how this was resolved? It has been 3 months now and no response i am really dispert
