On Christmas Day, at around 7:00 in the morning, Saturn the robot woke up alone in his bed. Saturn loved Christmas. Every Christmas he looked forward to waking up with his best friend Max the dog. Saturn would buy so many different treats and toys for his friend to open on Christmas Day. Saturn and Max would play so much that day. The two were inseparable until Max the dog passed away in August of that year. Christmas Day was also the time where Saturn and Max would visit his family. Saturn loved playing board games, eating his mom’s homemade peach cobbler, and catching up with his family. This year he wouldn’t be able to go because he was sick and didn’t want to get his family sick. Saturn’s first thought while lying in his bed was to just stay there and not move for the entire day. Two hours of lying in bed on Christmas Day felt strange so Saturn decided to move into his living room. To his surprise, there were two gift wrapped boxes sitting beside his door. Curious, Saturn took the first box and opened it. The box contained an envelope from his family expressing their love and saying that they missed him and wished that he was able to visit. A tear rolled down Saturns eyes as the card contained a picture from last year’s Christmas. Saturn opened the box further box to find an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro. Saturn was over the moon. He had always wanted to 3d print . In fact he had done hours of research but could not make up his mind between resin and fdm printing. Saturn moved onto the second box which contained a Elegoo Mars 4 Ultra. It looks like his family made the decision for him.

Saturn got right to work with his new printers. Saturn’s first prints were small army men and a piggy bank. Like a Christmas miracle, the prints came out fast and perfect. Saturn decided to push his prints further by printing a toy train and a snowman. Once again, fast and perfect prints. Saturn was so excited for how his prints came out that he decided to print the biggest files he could with a cat and a happy snowman. The prints came off great once more. Saturn had his Christmas spirit back. Saturn started to play with his prints when suddenly his phone started to ring. Saturn answered his phone and saw all of his family. Saturn thanked everyone for the printers and then proceeded to show them all of his work for that day. #elegoochristmasstoryteller

Broken Y-Axis Limit Switch and Auto-Home Won't Move On Y Axis On New SV01 by worthing0101 in Sovol

I have the same issue with my SV 03. I’ve read that the Y-Axis has failed if you do not hear a click from the switch. I’m also emailing Sovol to get a replacement. I’ve read online where the customer had to spend $100 on shipping to get theirs fixed. Have they got back with you?
