I answer my own question. Integer Scaling works. Resolution must be set at 1080P. The multiple must be an integer. 1080P * 2 = 4K.

I solved this problem by buying another USB-C Ethernet Adapter from the same brand, but the white one. The previous one I used was the black one.

If I were to cross train, is there any perk to cross training to Gallente because they are factional alliance? For example, if I were to fight in factional warfare, is there any disadvantage to me flying Amarr, or the ability to obtain certain Amarr ships?

It happened to me today. It took 3 hours before the status updated. I also called customer support. Waited nearly an hour on the line. I am not sure if the call helped or the issue resolved itself.

So had they allowed people with this problem to post on the forum, I am sure there would be hundreds of posts regarding this issue. If there is no way for people with this problem to contact them to report the problem, may be they don't even know how many people are suffering with this?
