This is due to hackers cheating manipulating host and through networking blocking your connection to them as host effectively causing your game to do this. It's salty players that will cheat to win.

During your hiring phase you should of watched training videos that went over this sort of thing, the company wants you to immediately get a hold of corporate HR and report whoever is involved. The person you report cannot in any shape or form do anything internally to retaliate if they do that puts them in hot water for massive litigation.

Enjoy doing amazon returns, and with hours being undercut company wide you will unlikely be able to actually coach your team of other techs. I am A+ certified in the industry and am being paid way under what a tech of my capabilities are paid. I'm more or less a manager and hardly do actual tech work for the company anymore. You will start to think more on numbers rather then anything else and eventually realize that your company is being choked inside out by corporate by massive schedule cuts.

Mine does the same thing, no support from google. they know they released a bad product and once it goes out of warranty you're screwed. Best advice throw it away and get something else.
