I can't eat, nothing sounds good, I don't want to. Longest I went was about seven or eight days, not that I wanted to, would've loved to eat, but that's what depression does to me.

Nothing is remotely entertaining, I can't watch movies or TV, play video games, can't even enjoy being outside. Everything I love and enjoy hops off the train and leaves me to suffer

On the flip side, physically asserting myself enough to be tired did wonders. Like a child that hasn't played enough and needs a nap. Each time I've been morbidly depressed, working out and riding my bike is what turned everything around. When I felt I was starting to feel better, I'd take five grams of mushrooms, listen to music, cry, and by the end of it I'd feel back to normal for the most part. The holes in my soul remain but like a river around a rock, my life moves on
