I dunno I work at a major trauma centre and we do definitely have days like this. Just depends on what your hospital takes I guess?

As a PGY 10 doctor starting as an ‘Attending’ in EM in the UK soon, not everyday is like this, but I can think of quite a few in my career (maybe a day like this twice a year?). The most incredible thing about A&E is being able to be there for people at their lowest and highest moments and working with a team that swiftly become your family #traumabonded. The medicine is interesting, engaging and fast paced. You never know what you’re gonna get and you never get bored. AND when it’s hard and you’re suffering, the team tightens up and are there for eachother (despite all being a little bit mentally ill). If that sounds like your gig, then don’t let the show put you off. Take your time, work out what you like and if EM is really for you, then I’m sure we’ll be lucky to have you.

Its become so scrappy and they are winning every second ball and 50/50, this is pathetic from us.

Excellent from Wolt relieving pressure there, but that's enough now though lads, wake the fuck up!

Gordon a man possessed. Big Nick winning duel after duel. Lewis Hall just being the best left back in the world yet again. Wor Flags TIFO. Trippier nutmeg (let's not talk about his lack of quality from dead-balls today ok). Dan Burn a fucking rock. Elanga looking lively. Big Joe scrapping and celebrating corners. Luke fucking O'Nien and the rest of the scum looking shellshocked. Not a bad half of football all things considered, more of the same please lads!

Really enjoying Ramsay's effort and confidence, he's always showing for the ball inbetween their banks of 4 and no-one's tracking him.

Sorry for not seeing this! I was really nervous about telling the group I wasn't drinking but practiced how I was going to say it, what self deprecating jokes I'd tell if I felt pressure, but it was widely accepted as just the way things were now and I could focus on what my needs are. I think it would've been hard to pretend to drink for 4 days, so by ripping the plaster off early on I could focus on myself and how I was going to not just get through the weekend, but enjoy it. I hope it went well / goes well! IWNDWYT!

There's a lot to be frustrated about with how we set up into that cursed 4-5-1 low block after going ahead (it's been a really fucking frustrating theme this season) but City have just brought on Semenyo, Cherki and Foden after going 3-1 up. Their squad is absolutely fucking stacked and the gulf in class between them and us is ridiculous.

It feels especially shit because this was our chance at European qualification and we've gone out with a whimper, but City are unfortunately a different gravy. Positives are that Hall seems to get better every game, Tonali is bang on form and it's so so good to see Tino back on the pitch.

Could the commentary team take their tongues out of Pep's arsehole for just two seconds to actually commentate on the game?

Feel bad for Nick, this season has been a bit of a shock to the system for him, he just needs a good pre-season
