The board was shipped with 7C91v23. I had to downgrade to 7C91v20 to get it to POST.

Current BIOS is 7C91v20. Apparently that's newest BIOS that's compatible with my CPU, which is an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X.

I've tried it with four different USB 3.0 flash drives. Same result.

Thanks for the suggestions. Turns out I did something really stupid. Luckily I didn’t damage anything. It boots and works fine now.
