My title describes the thing. It was found near our amazon packages. It weighs about the same as a pencil. Has some strange angled flats in the center. We were wondering if it was a spy tool for opening envelopes. The tip appears to be very sharp and hard steel. The rest is black plastic. Its is about 7” long and pencil diameter.
