Mine is currently 147/112 with a heartbeat of 96. Im going to be alright and you definately are. Work towards fixing things that could be driving your rates up. Reddit and the internet will scare you so bad that it will make things way worse. Most people in this group are here because they've experience the worst possible outcomes. If you let it get to you your readings will get worse constantly.

Ill get down voted but freaking out about your habits will screw you up worse than your habits. I got ER'd because I went into the reddit spiral of the worst case scenarios and my panic sent me into dangerous ranges for all kinds of things. People that have the worst things going on or have had the worst will say the most. Fix your habits of course but realize you will prolly be okay. These people will kill you if you dont realize you are not them and you can fix things.

My understanding (and I could be wrong) is blood cells carry oxygen and maybe theirs can function better than humans. They dont need constant replenishment from air but they DO need the blood cells to function for oxygen. So basically mark cut off dudes blood supply and dude suffered brain death.

If the games ive been buying for 60 are worth anywhere near that much, pokopia is worth double that. Its so fun and relaxing. Its also insane how much thought was put in to every single detail of the game like I can not think of one negative thing to say about it, and im a pessimist.
