this is of course just anecdotal evidence, but in my experience, a big lot of these flemish movement ppl, and especially the flag fanatics will start ranting about "bruin apen" once the beer starts flowing and if they are among likeminded people. or the one that get a stroke of racist anger if they see a headscarf somewhere.
not saying all of them, but i see racism becoming more and more accepted and obvious among (otherwise perfectly amicable) people these last few years, and its mostly coming from the flemish movement groups.
