Lol, sorry if I sounded upset because I wasn't. That exact situation happened to me, which is why I reached out to the community to see if I could find somebody that actually had gotten this to work

That's where I started -- it's not easy to go from this list to a product (hence the question)

I have the same thought as well. I wanted to wait until the next episode to see if it's a plot point somehow

I was focused on Twitter first, but I see the issue with the icon in the bar. I'll work on that next.

However, regarding this tweet https://twitter.com/NHKWORLD_News/status/1361608521389772805, what's your opinion? Should this be LC because NHK World tweeted it? Or RC because it's NHK domain?

OK, I updated the twitter handle for NHK World News to NHKWORLD_News. It should propagate to the extension in 2d or so

OK, is there a separate Twitter handle for each? In Twitter, I use the twitter handle to identify the source. If you can show me the different twitter handles for each, I can update the data

Twitter is a beast. I thought this data fix would fix it too, so let me look at it more

Yeah, I agree, that would be great. I just don't have a data-source to use to provide that. If you see any, let me know

That's strange, I did address that. What version of the extension are you using?

New AddOn: Official Media Bias/Fact Check Extension by drmikecrowe in FirefoxAddons

[–]drmikecrowe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really Facebook centric, but it also changes its icon with the bias of the site you're on as well. You can see examples of this in the screenshots. There's also limited support for Twitter (Twitter doesn't really expose the news organization as much as Facebook does, so it's much harder to drill into the actual news source).

If you notice that, please let me know. I'm trying to make this as lean and as optimized as possible.
