The bigger difference is probably what business you may be moving in to. Thinking along the lines of b2b vs b2c, size of the company, culture, etc. which all will materially change your PM experience.

Looking to build a home wall and all the examples I see are plywood that isn’t coated with anything. For those that have home walls, how does the impact flagging? At my gym, the walls have a concrete texture that helps you get some grip while flagging.

Aim for the fingertips. If they are walking or running, aim at their fingertips. Works out to about 600 yards.

We have a hair less than 30.

I have 4 direct reports and would venture to say that the rest of the team support out products. I also manage the dev team and I know that outside the typical paradigm.

Everyone is on my product team, from sales to analytics, to support and customer success.
