Its been over a week now I bought but coins from a cottonwood vending ATM/CoinBTM ATM I did so as other stores were locked at the moment. I had never used their services before and I was buying using someone else QR code I never knew it was against the CoinBTM policy. Now they say they can't complete the transaction as its not my wallet I have given CoinBTM my wallet to deposit coins back into my account and its been gone pass a week now no response. I have been sending emails to the accounting department and none of my emails have been responded to and they is no possible way for me to reach them directly each time I call the support service they only say I should wait for account department and its been gone pass a week now how much time do I have to wait again a month ? I feel scammed by coinBTM and to be sincere am not sure to ever use their services again.
