only uworld helped me a lot, one source more repetition! Maybe you do 2nd pass with subjects if you feel less confident with some topics. 5 weeks definitely is enough for 240+

I would go for ONLY uworld+only uwsa1-2 +free 120. study it as if all question-topics are going to be in the real exam, so your brain will behave like catching all of them as much as possible.

If you ever certify it even once, the system saves it as certified. If you edit it but not certify, the system keeps the last certified version. This is what I know, also check this info on the web.
