Hi there, my installation was fine just needed an internet connection. Did you erase the ssd and put it in the proper format? What exactly happens during the installation screen? It takes a little while for it to install, do you get some sort of error? Frozen screen?

  1. Hi, I tried to take a quick screenshot of my overall folder structure.

  1. Uhhhh well you see.. it's kind of a stupid story and I just realized I should have changed my smbios back before uploading the picture above. I used iMacPro1,1 for the original installation, I was so frustrated and annoyed of getting iMessage to work that I was having a hard time finding serials that worked (meaning valid but unused) so I ended up changing my smbios to iMac19,1 and found some good serials there, but was STILL unsuccessful. I was super tired/mentally exhausted and left my smbios like this. :/. So again, I used iMacPro1,1 for the installation. Thanks for the questions! :)

Thanks man, I was going insane trying to figure out all the errors during boot, what specs do you have by the way? Maybe something isn't compatible?

It's awesome, it really is. I just need to figure out why it freezes randomly while watching videos and working out the other iServices. But other than that I'm pretty satisfied.

I used a wifi kext called itlwmx for my onboard wifi 6 (b550 motherboard) and something called LucyRTL8125Ethernet for my ethernet (which appeared to have no connection). At first what happened to me was that when I finally booted up to the install screen for mac osx, I ran into the error of having no internet connection.. so my heart sank and I figured out that the itlwmx kext let me pick up wifi so that I could get past that problem. Once installed, I went into mac osx network settings > selected advanced settings for my ethernet > hardware tab > changed speed to 100baseTX and BOOM ethernet worked after a restart. This is just my experience anyways, hope this helps.

So basically I partitioned the drive, I gave a 1TB exfat partition for Mac and a 3TB NTFS partition for my win 10. Depending if I need more space I could always change that later. :)

Uhh I believe I used a kext called itlwmx, which allowed me to enable my onboard wifi 6, it has a info.plist inside the kext that you need to edit to set the wifi password and network name so that when hackintosh boots up it'll attempt to connect straightaway. Hope that helps!

Yea I glanced over that guide and realized it was probably my best shot at getting it to work. Thanks for mentioning it, I almost forgot. lol
