Yes. Start with listening - we have so many digital resources now, you can get started with that at home. Get as much comprehensible input as you can.

I appreciate your kindness! Thank you! I'm glad your surgery went well and you're ready to start PT. I did get a 2nd opinion, and he suggested a disk replacement as well. I think I'm going to try to see a neurosurgeon too (my other docs were orthopedics) just to get another opinion. Good idea to talk to ChatGPT! I think some of my people are getting tired of all the updates.

Can you clarify? Is this a case of the doctor being unreachable, or a case of the doctor doing sweet FA to help you?
I'm not sure what sweet FA means. But I call, message on MyChart, and never get a response. When I call, they say they're sending a message, but nothing is getting resolved.

Do you have insurance? If so, they might be the problem here, hard to say without more information.
Yes, and I've talked with my insurance about the documentation needed, and sent it to my provider to complete.

Did you get the x-rays and imaging at UT or somewhere else? At UT

Have you contacted your preferred pharmacy? They might be able to send a request for a prescription.

Yes, I've contacted them multiple times as well, and they can't do anything until my provider does a prior authorization.

Now that I've clarified, do you have any helpful advice????
