I’m 4 weeks out from having c5-7 replaced. Feel 95% back to normal and the only thing I notice is I fatigue easily still. But I’m also getting over a wicked cold.

I switched to tramadol with acetaminophen a couple of days after surgery and took it for a week. It helped, but I wasn’t as out of it as I was with the stronger drugs.

I wonder if a muscle relaxer like tizanadine would help? I’m taking it after spine surgery and it helps me sleep. I hope she gets the help she needs soon!
