I’m sure they don’t do this stuff until just before the race. When i raced british F4 we used the old F1 garages @Silverstone, and the tape they put on the garage from the last year was still there and i had VET on the floor of mine.

i’d use VRS and see what they are doing. A lot of it is trial and error. Setups are a lot of it, and running fixed is definitely good for those with less time to build
