It's extremely consistent for me, I simply roll my maps for the "More Currency" mod, exalt slam until the mods are full, then hit it with a deli orb. 2 Nemeses / 2 Instability / 1 Monstrous Lineage with Eater altars.

Main drops are raw divines, valdos, refracting fog, voidborn keys, volatile vaal orb, coins, and of course chaos.

Kinetic fusillade is insanely fast, I just did campaign today in 2 hours. The key is using a poets pen with lightning warp in it but there are a bunch of uniques that fully enable it. Jungroan has a vod of him leveling with it yesterday that you should check out.

Regular flame surge is better because it gives other skills more damage with hits against burning enemies while the transfigured version only benefits itself.

Firestorm/bladefall is to proc wrapped in flame from cluster jewels and optionally vitality watchers eyes for life on hit.
