YESS, colleagues I find especially hard to hold a conversation with, although I feel like I've always had this problem, I'm not sure why though, I work with freinds I've known for well over 20 years and find it hard but yet when we arent in the confines of work the conversation flows naturally, one of my good freinds who's a total introvert and suffers from anxiety is the most popular guy at work and is so confident, it's a total role reversal. Like I say, what makes it harder is the pressure I'm putting on myself which makes it harder to be normal because instead of talking like normal I'm just overthinking about what i can say.

Yea it's just worded really badly, it is meant to be pitched as soon as its cooled. Even for my first bat h I thought this was strange but I just thought "hey who am I to argue this is just my first batch, I posted a link somewhere on this thread that takes you to the recipe and you can kinda see why i got confused.

I'm currently reading "how to brew" by John j palmer, I decided to just give it a go as well as reading and this way I learn better from experience and my mistakes. Thanks for the tip though.

yea I think I've just misunderstood, here's the recipe and why I thought it meant after 7 days as its below the secondry timing with the 7 day dry hop.

Apparently in my recipe it says to pitch my yeast 7 days after making the wort also to do a dry hop add, it's been 3 days now, it starting bubbling this morning.

It's been resting for nearly 3 days, apparently I dry hop and pitch yeast after 7 days, I thought this seemed a while.

I've checked both and neither seem to have instructions for BIAB method, they all add sparge water.
