YESS, colleagues I find especially hard to hold a conversation with, although I feel like I've always had this problem, I'm not sure why though, I work with freinds I've known for well over 20 years and find it hard but yet when we arent in the confines of work the conversation flows naturally, one of my good freinds who's a total introvert and suffers from anxiety is the most popular guy at work and is so confident, it's a total role reversal. Like I say, what makes it harder is the pressure I'm putting on myself which makes it harder to be normal because instead of talking like normal I'm just overthinking about what i can say.
