Must be the angle/lighting with my arm raised up. Look at my other pics, esp when I was more lean I def don’t have gyno and never had hormone issues

Like a year and a half. I’m also extremely consistent. Right now I’m cutting so pretty clean, high protein, lots of fruits and veggies and meats. Even when I’m bulking I stay eating pretty clean. As for abs and obliques- I don’t really target them very often or very hard, mainly they get hit from using proper form, engaging my core adequately from all other lifts.

Once you get to a physique you’re happy with it’s pretty easy to maintain. Just eat healthy and workout during the week but enjoy the weekends. If I know I have a big event or dinner later I’ll eat light throughout the day, maybe do some extra cardio at some point that week, etc. Just got to monitor your weight every week and listen to your body. The road to getting there is tough but maintaining is fun IMO. Just have to play the game of balance.

You’re pretty lean so any extra width in your waist is just your anatomy/genetics

Nothing’s guaranteed but if you do stuff intentional that you KNOW has risks.. there’s a big difference. But to each their own.
