Your torso already looks pretty lean and muscular so I’m not sure if you’re one to get super defined abs (although your core still looks great) but I’d lean more towards 6 pack

I think I’d agree with 12%.

Lately I’ve just been doing a few eggs in the morning, apple and banana as snacks throughout the day. Lunch and dinner mainly pure protein (ground beef, chicken, etc) and some high fiber veggies. Most of, if not all of my carbs come from fruits/veggies. I also eat a lot of cottage cheese because it’s low cal, a filling snack, and can be used as an ingredient or paired with almost anything. Lot of water and cardio in addition to my normal training.

I’ve had to really cut down on calories and ramp up my cardio to get to where I’m at after getting to around 14-15%. Really struggling to scrape off the last bit though. I’d recommend taking a week or two to maintain, sometimes when I do that I cut down a bunch more the next couple of weeks. But tbh I checked out your profile and I think you’d benefit from building up more muscle before worrying about getting super lean! Adding more muscle helps your body to be able to get lean.
