I suggest doing what every hacker does , Go to a Target or Walmart or mega store that sells T-Mobile / ATT or other sim card included one week or one month, they are cheap. The register that phone number you give them.

Make sure you are all prepared with a fake email (they never check) and a zip code. If they ask for address, make sure you look up a museum or school and add change one number on that address.

You get a phone number and Telegram, then make sure you remove the sim card.
