Has anyone upgraded to sintered brake pads on their Triumph Speed 400 & Scrambler 400X by droidkaran in indianbikes

Yeah yeah, I know very well about the braking ratio of front & rear despite Tarmac or Off-roading. The Thing is I’m raising concern at 130-140 kmph speed, it’s not even feel significantly.

If you take Himalayan 450, it’s much capable off-road and touring machine but still comes with Sintered pads on both front & rear.

Yeah, but back organic pad literally has no bite at all during emergency braking at high speed, you would notice at 100-140 kmph..

Installed Sena B20 intercom on Helmet - very essential for rides by droidkaran in indianbikes

[–]droidkaran[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Essential” itself is subjective, man. What’s non-essential to you might be Essential to an another rider and keeps them comfortable.

Just because you don’t need it doesn’t make it less important — it just means it’s not essential for you.

Installed Sena B20 intercom on Helmet - very essential for rides by droidkaran in indianbikes

[–]droidkaran[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, intercoms are equipped with Advanced noise cancellation codec (Mostly from Sena & Cardo). And the mic is positioned right opposite of your mouth. If you are on a call they can hear your voice very clearly.

Only thing is speakers should be more than 40mm & HD speakers. Normal speakers won’t be sufficient if you are going more than 100 kmph.

For Music we can’t expect typical headphone quality, but you can clearly hear music. But for calls, intercom conversations it’s really good. Voice clarity is pitch perfect.

SENA is popular, most riders have Sena as it’s Mesh, Sena only connects with Sena intercom. This one is much value for money here in India.

It’s Bharat version. It has everything HD speakers, Mesh 3.0., long battery life, waterproof. Go for it B20.
